We currently ship to all 50 US states, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Duties and customs fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website at any time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact your local carrier or reach out to our support team. We'll do our best to locate or replace your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your purchase? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Start a return by visiting your order history or contacting our support team. Exchanges are processed within 3 – 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
